Training Satisfaction Codes

This screen is used to add satisfaction codes that enable employees to rate their satisfaction with the type and level of training they have received.

Prerequisites

  • No prerequisites.

Rules and Guidelines

  • The Training Satisfaction Codes will be displayed in the Course Attendance section within the Learning module.
  • Training Satisfaction Code requires 4 characters or less.
  • Ranking requires a number between 1 and 99.

Field Information

ClosedCode

This field displays the 4-character training satisfaction code.

ClosedDescription

This field displays a description of the training satisfaction code.

ClosedRanking

This field displays the level of satisfaction available (e.g. '1' is the highest and '99' is the lowest).
